I led 0-to-1 design for PwC's Next Generation Audit Execute phase, including E2E flows and design system. I designed an AI-powered Evidence Match experience that reduced audit time from weeks to minutes, increasing user engagement and stakeholder investment.

After leading design on this phase of the audit for 2 years, I took over and managed another designer for Rev-GL creating a new automated solution that reduces manual testing, improves risk identification, and delivers clearer insights to clients with fewer information requests.

Audits are manual and fragmented, causing inefficiencies and inconsistencies. In under 90 days, I led the north star vision for AI and agent driven automation, establishing the foundation for PwC's global audit platform and securing stakeholder buy-in.

The Boston Public Library’s Special Collections department lacks consistency and clarity across multiple platforms. By conducting an extensive UX audit, prioritizing pain points, and validating design solutions with research, my 3 teammates and I successfully made it easier for patrons to navigate and access materials.

Consumers are unfamiliar with refillable products, contributing to single-use waste. At P&G, I designed a refillable station concept that integrates physical and digital experiences in collaboration with 2 other designers. This scalable solution introduced a new business market that is scalable across multiple P&G product categories.

My first UX project ever! Although a side project, I am keeping this here as a reminder of how far I’ve come and how my passions for health, fitness, and food continues to be an important part of my everyday life.
